The conveyor production tracking system provides accurate and automated tracking of production on the conveyor, using optical sensors, controllers, and a Linux server. All data is compiled in a Yii WEB application, allowing real-time monitoring of the production process.
The combination of optical sensors and software algorithms ensures error-free tracking in motion by analyzing situations that could cause errors (for example, conveyor stops or accidental sensor activations). All collected data is stored in a MySQL database and is accessible via an internet browser.
The system enables full automation of production tracking and process control. Production planning begins with defining the product type, quantity, and conveyor number, allowing precise organization of work. Once production starts, a barcode scanner verifies that the product being produced matches the planned schedule, ensuring correct production flow.
When production has started, the system automatically registers the process and counts the produced units. Real-time monitoring allows viewing the amount of produced goods and the remaining production quota at any time, thereby ensuring transparent control.
To efficiently manage production flow, the system also records all extended conveyor downtime and their reasons. This data helps analyze production efficiency and identify potential issues such as technical failures or raw material supply disruptions.
All data is automatically collected in a MySQL database and is accessible from any device using an internet browser. Depending on the configuration, conveyor controllers can send information directly to the server via a LAN network or, using a USB connection, first collect data on a computer and then transfer it to the server for further processing.
