Users can define various product types, assign specific attributes to them, and automatically generate standardized product codes. The system also supports package management with unique barcodes, warehouse optimization, and integration with accounting software. With intelligent search and automated production task management, our solution helps businesses improve efficiency and reduce the likelihood of errors.

Products

In our system, it is possible to define various product types and assign them specific attributes, enabling accurate tracking and convenient search functionality.

  • Units of measurement – each product type can be assigned an appropriate unit of measurement, such as square meters
  • Descriptive attributes – it is possible to define specific characteristics, such as length, thickness, planing (P/N), and wood type (pine/spruce – P/S)
  • Product code mask – automatic code generation, for example: [length]X[width]X[thickness][planed], ensuring a consistent and understandable naming structure
  • Flexible grouping – multiple groups can be assigned to any product type, making search and filtering easier

This system ensures organized product classification, improving both production and warehouse management.

Product

In our system, product registration is carried out using predefined product types that function as templates in which specific attribute values are entered. Example – board:

  • Attributes:
    • Length – 2m
    • Width – 20cm
    • Planing – P (planed)
    • Wood type – S (spruce)
  • Automatically generated item code (based on the mask [length]X[width]X[thickness][wood][planed]) – 2000X200X20SP
  • Groups are assigned automatically
Convenient and fast search

The product can be searched using an intelligent autocomplete system, which consists of three parts:

  • Group
  • Type
  • Product code

Search queries can be entered using the delimiter "/", for example – i/b/200X20 – finds a product in the "raw materials" group (i), of type "board" (b), and a matching item code for a 2m long and 20cm wide board. This system ensures accurate and efficient product registration and search, significantly simplifying and speeding up the workflow.

Packages

In our system, a "package" functions as a container for one or more products with specified quantities, ensuring accurate tracking and traceability.

  • Unique barcode – each package is assigned an individual barcode for easy identification
  • Complete history tracking – the system stores detailed information about the movement and handling of each package
  • Flexible processing – packages can be split, fully or partially written off, using a tablet and barcode scanner

This approach ensures efficient warehouse management, allowing easy tracking of product movement and optimizing inventory control.

Warehouse

Our system provides unlimited warehouse and aisle configuration, making product storage and movement efficient and convenient, while reducing errors and speeding up daily operations.

  • Dynamic warehouse structure – it is possible to create an unlimited number of warehouses and their aisles
  • Fast identification – each warehouse aisle can have a barcode printed that can be scanned with a barcode reader
  • Package movement – movements are recorded using a tablet and barcode scanner by scanning both the package and the new warehouse aisle
  • Flexible package handling – packages can be split, written off fully or partially by performing this process with a tablet and barcode reader
Production Recipes

Our system provides the ability to create and manage production recipes needed for product manufacturing. It allows precise definition of raw materials and other resources, optimizing the production process.

Automated recipe management not only simplifies resource tracking but also reduces the likelihood of errors, ensuring more accurate and efficient production.

Production Tasks

The product manufacturing process consists of several sequential steps that must proceed without delays and errors.

To ensure a smooth production flow, our system offers a partially automated approach that not only simplifies and speeds up work but also collects and analyzes data for further process optimization.

By automating critical stages, it is possible to reduce the risk of human errors, increase production efficiency, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Creation and Editing

Our system allows you to create and manage work orders by specifying the products to be manufactured and the necessary raw materials or by using pre-defined production recipes.

Each work order can have one or more executable tasks, including:

  • Production start and end times
  • Employees involved in the process
  • Notes for detailed information

If needed, the start and end times of production, as well as employee assignments, can be adjusted in real-time, providing flexible and efficient work planning.

Starting Production Tasks and Recording Execution

After creating work orders, the system offers several options for starting them:

  • Using a tablet – an employee manually marks the start of a task
  • Barcode scanning – scanning the production barcode automatically finds and marks the task as started
  • Receiving data from equipment – the task start is recorded based on information sent by the equipment
  • Custom method – developed according to client needs to reduce human factors and improve process accuracy

Task execution can also be recorded in various ways:

  • Barcode scanning with a tablet – an employee scans the finished product’s barcode when the package is ready
  • Automatic registration from equipment – the system receives a signal from the equipment when the package is ready
  • Manual registration – employees print work orders and mark completion, while an operator manually records completed work in the system

Our solution provides flexible and efficient task management, adapting to different production environments and workflows.

Produced Products

Our system ensures the registration of produced products and collects important additional data, including:

  • Employees involved in the production process
  • Production start and end times
  • Equipment used for production
  • Produced product and its quantity
  • Storage location in the warehouse

This approach ensures full transparency and accuracy in the production process.

Warehouse

Our system provides accurate tracking of raw materials and produced products by automating warehouse processes, helping optimize resource management and improve production efficiency.

  • Raw material consumption calculation – when producing a product, the system automatically calculates and deducts the used raw materials
  • Return of partially used raw materials – it is possible to return packages of raw materials not fully used back to the warehouse, indicating their remaining quantity
  • Registration of produced products – all produced products are systematically registered in the warehouse, ensuring accurate accounting and availability
Labels and Barcodes

To facilitate product organization and tracking, we offer the ability to create unique labels and barcodes using label printers.

Individualized labels with barcodes or QR codes are developed for each client, containing important product information and directly connected to the system, ensuring fast and accurate data access with a single scan.

Production Interruptions

Our system automatically records production interruptions, helping identify and prevent the most common production disruptions.

  • Flexible interruption definition – a time threshold can be set after which inactivity is considered a break
  • Automatic registration – the system automatically logs interruptions if the equipment is unused for an extended period
  • Recording interruption reasons – employees must specify the defined reason for the interruption or provide a description
  • Data analysis and improvement – the recorded data allows analysis of the most frequent causes of interruptions and implementation of improvements to reduce them
Processing of Production Equipment Data

Modern production equipment provides the ability to receive and efficiently utilize various operational data. Our system already successfully processes and uses the following data:

  • Information on produced packages – start and end time, quantity of produced units
  • Starting a new batch – automated process for data registration
  • Production nomenclature and operators – detailed monitoring and management
  • Equipment error reports – real-time information on operational disruptions

This approach allows optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and quickly responding to changes.

Integration with Accounting System

Our system is designed to ease accountants' work by providing automated data exchange with the Horizon accounting system.

This integration ensures a more convenient and accurate accounting process, reducing manual work and the possibility of errors. Currently, the following integrated features are available:

  • Export of nomenclature/products from Horizon
  • Creation of incoming and outgoing delivery notes for faster and more accurate document processing
  • Generation of production delivery notes according to production recipes
  • Creation of transfer delivery notes for efficient inventory movement tracking
Software

Our application is built on modern open-source systems and runs on a WEB server, providing easy access from any device – computer, tablet, or Android OS scanner.

This allows employees to quickly and easily register information about products, as well as access the necessary data remotely.

The system is easily integratable with barcode scanners, such as the NEWLAND MT93 Megattera Pro, which runs on Android OS. This device provides fast and accurate tracking of products and packages in warehouses, enabling efficient organization and tracing. Connection to the database is ensured via WiFi, guaranteeing stable and continuous operation and real-time data uploading.

Data Analysis

To ensure optimal production pace, we offer the ability to generate various types of data reports and export them in Excel format for convenient analysis and management.

Equipment Monitoring

It is possible to provide monitoring of various equipment and printers to ensure uninterrupted product manufacturing.

Printers

Office and label printers are checked at regular intervals to determine their status. If deviations from normal operation are detected, an automated email is sent.

Printers are checked for the following parameters:

  • Connection status check
  • Printer technical condition
  • Paper availability check
  • Toner and ink level monitoring
Production Equipment

Modern production equipment undergoes connection status checks. Similar to printers, automated emails are sent if deviations from expected operation occur.
